Bose Music App Not Working. Hi there, needing some help on my new purchase (bose soundbar 700) after doing initial set up through the bose music app i firstly found the remote set up crashed half way through but remote did pair with the soundbar for about 30 minutes but has now lost all functionality. Okay, i understand what the issue is, the devices need to be running the latest ios software of 12.2 for the app to work correctly.
They are part of a system of smart speakers, soundba… Bose soundbar 700 stopped connecting to app. In addition, products compatible with the bose® connect app, the bose music app, the bose sleep app or the bose hear app will display the serial number in the app under settings > product info.
Disable cec on your soundbar from the bose music app;
Try the following to resolve your issue: On an android device, press the recents button and swipe away the music app. Add spotify to bose via soundtouch app. Also, check for your tv;
