The clear care caregiver portal is a site you can log in to so that you can: Tap on ‘get directions’ to get directions to the client’s location. Client profile information and care plans are accessible from within the app, making it easy to quickly find information including address, directions, and shift times by client. Clearcare go will use the default mapping app set on the caregiver’s phone.
