In the search options, select “night owl connect cms download”. Turn the device back on and open the night owl application compatible with your system and check if the issue still happens. I can connect in the app when i’m at home, which tells me the dvr is connected to the router, but outside the house still nothing. Be smart, be safe, be connected!
