Open Signal App Not Working. Confirm all the application permissions are enabled for signal. For some devices, restart your phone and view the message again.
I don't see any notifications about new incoming messages. If not, go back to the app. Select your pc from the list of devices shown to start projecting.

For regular texts/sms, signal should still be able to send as long as the data is enabled in android settings, even on a plan without data. Open the settings app on your iphone and scroll to the bottom and tap on ‘signal’. Make sure you are on your website with the onesignal code enabled. Open settings on your computer and go to privacy > background apps.
