This keeps the app updated and will help protect others from such scam calls and messages. After watching this video i have received the usb from someone who bought it. Scam shield is an upgrade to name id with even more tools and functionality. Others are also wondering whether the app itself is a scam, and i'm not alone in getting more scam calls since i installed this thing.
